Every room with its own page. Guest folder and service via QR.

A QR code in the room leads to that room’s page: Wi-Fi, check-out, house rules, instructions – and a button for towels, cleaning or a fault. You see every request in the dashboard, and the guest sees the status via their link.

Open hotel profile

Aurelia Hafenresidenz and Elbatelier Residences are fictional Hamburg luxury concepts. AI-generated architecture images; no existing accommodation businesses. Enquiries do not create real accommodation bookings. Profile captures are in German.

How a service request works

  1. QR in the room
  2. Guest folder
  3. Send request
  4. Team takes over
  5. Guest sees status

The request shows which room page it came from. It does not prove who is staying in the room – the interface tells your team that as well. Requests sent via the personal guest link are marked “guest confirmed”.

Rooms & units

A page of its own at /your-property/room-101 for every room, suite or apartment.

  • Create them one by one or as a number range, e.g. room 101 to 140
  • Logo, colours, texts and legal pages come from the property automatically
  • Own values per unit: cover image, contact, address, FAQs
  • QR printing as table tents (A6) or labels (A4), plus SVG and PNG
  • Bulk actions: publish, take offline, archive

Digital guest folder

What used to sit in the folder on the desk – up to date and on the guest’s phone.

  • Chapters such as Wi-Fi, check-in & check-out, breakfast, house rules, surroundings, emergencies
  • Property chapters apply everywhere; a unit adds its own (e.g. appliances)
  • Images and links to PDF instructions or videos
  • Chapters in German, English and Turkish – if your profile offers the language, guests see their version
  • “Guests only” chapters appear only via the personal guest link for each stay – valid from arrival to departure, revocable at any time
  • Drafts stay invisible until you release them

Service requests with a status link

Towels, cleaning, bed linen, a fault, a special request – you choose what is offered.

  • Inbox in the dashboard with status, responsibility, internal note and history
  • Urgent requests appear at the top
  • Team link for the housekeeping tablet: no password, no guest contact details, revocable at any time
  • Status link for the guest – without names, descriptions or internal notes
  • Email at every step if the guest provides an address – and push if they switch it on
  • The 112 emergency notice is always shown
  • Event service.request.created for your own workflows

Additional services at your price

Late check-out, parking, breakfast in the room – guests request them straight from the room page.

  • Price one-off, per night, per person or per item
  • The server calculates the amount from your list
  • It is a request, not a booking: you confirm, and payment is made to you

Room service from the restaurant menu

If you also use the restaurant module, guests order via the page of their room.

  • The same menu with allergens, options and extras
  • The server sets the room from the page, not from a form field
  • The order lands in the property’s order inbox

Sintrii as concierge (optional)

The optional assistant of a property or room knows the public chapters of the guest folder – not the guests-only chapters.

  • Answers questions about Wi-Fi, breakfast or check-out from your texts
  • Takes a service request if the guest agrees in the conversation
  • Refers to 112 in emergencies and never promises door codes
  • Off by default and available as a paid add-on; billed per conversation minute

What is not available (yet)

  • PMS connection only to Apaleo and read-only (reservations become stays); no channel manager, no Airbnb connection, no electronic locks
  • Guest access per stay is a personal link, not a user account – door codes and bills still do not belong in the guest folder
  • No user accounts with roles for housekeeping – instead revocable team links only for service requests
  • No room bill and no online payment

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone read the guest folder?

Public chapters, yes – anyone with the QR code or the address, even after the stay. “Guests only” chapters are visible only with the personal guest link for the stay. Door codes and key safe codes still do not belong there. Where the Wi-Fi password goes is your decision.

Do I have to maintain every room separately?

No. What applies to all you maintain once on the property; it is passed on to all units when you save. You only enter differences on the unit.

Do I know for sure which room a request comes from?

You know which room page it was sent from. The QR code does not prove who is staying there; only requests via the personal guest link are marked “guest confirmed”. If in doubt, your team asks before anyone enters the room.

What does a room cost?

Whether a monthly amount is deducted from your credit for published units is discussed with you when the feature is enabled. We enable it per account.
