How the partner programme works.

  1. Apply as a partner: You send your application using the form on this page.
  2. Activation: We review your application. Once you are activated, you receive a sign-in link for your partner area.
  3. Personal link: Your individual referral link is shown in the partner area.
  4. QR code: Plus a personal QR code to download as PNG or SVG.
  5. Recommend: You share the link or QR code with potential customers.
  6. Customer orders: If a new customer orders on the website after opening your link, the order is assigned to your partner account.
  7. Commission pending: The commission immediately appears as pending.
  8. Commission due: After the waiting period of days – the statutory cancellation period plus a buffer – it becomes due, provided the order has not been refunded.
  9. Payout: We settle due commissions with a self-billing credit note – with or without VAT, depending on your tax status – and pay them out by SEPA transfer to your bank account or, where offered, via Stripe Connect. You can also request a payout yourself in the partner area. Payouts start from ; smaller amounts wait for the next payout.

Important: attribution applies to the visit that starts with your link. We store nothing in the customer’s browser for this – without a cookie, the website needs no consent banner. Add your payout account directly.

In the partner area, you enter the account holder and IBAN. The platform checks that the IBAN is formally valid. After that, the partner area only shows the end of it. For the credit note we also need your address, your tax status (small business, standard VAT with tax number or VAT ID, EU reverse charge) and your consent to the current partner terms. If the operator offers Stripe Connect, you can connect your own Stripe Express account instead.
