What to know before you start.

Is there a monthly base fee?

No. You pay for the setup once. Further costs only arise if you use AI features and top up credit for them.

What happens when my credit runs out?

Your profile stays online – with its calendar, contact options and enquiries. Only Sintrii and the other AI features pause until you top up again. You can see your balance in the dashboard at any time.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your profile is a stand-alone mini website with its own profile address (e.g. ai-bp.co/your-name). If you already have a website, link to your profile from there – and take over its content as a suggestion.

What is Sintrii?

Sintrii is the AI assistant in your profile. It bases its answers on your profile content and the knowledge you approve, shows matching services or free slots and prepares enquiries. It speaks several languages; internal knowledge stays internal. You switch Sintrii on when you need it; it is billed by conversation minute.

Do my customers have to install an app?

No. The profile opens straight in the browser – via QR code, NFC or link. Push notifications also work without an app store, as long as the browser and device support them – on iPhone after adding the profile to the home screen.

Can I add my staff?

Yes. Team members get their own profiles and logins while company content stays shared. We will discuss team terms with you.

Do I have to cancel anything?

No. There is no subscription and no minimum term. You only top up credit if you want to use AI features.

Can I take my contacts with me?

Yes. You can export enquiries and contacts at any time as a CSV file or as business cards (vCard).
