Your own business profile platform. Under your brand.
With AI Business Profiles White Label, you offer the lead and customer system under your own brand – with your own domain, your own customers, your own pricing structure, central management and the existing platform technology running in the background.
Your brand. Your customers. Your platform.
More than a logo and colours.
Many white-label offerings only swap the logo. With AI Business Profiles, you get a complete platform with everything you need to run your own offering.

Your brand in the foreground.
Your customers see your name – in the dashboard, on the sign-in page, as the app icon, in link previews and in emails. As the owner, you set the brand name, product name, main colour, logo and support address yourself in the operator area; app icons and preview images are generated from them. We set up the domain and sender address during the set-up of your instance.
- Brand name and logo
- App icon for smartphones
- Your own domain
- Sender name and sender address
- Legal notice (Impressum) and legal texts under your company
Each customer defines the design of their own profile – colours, fonts, images – in their editor.
The platform under your domain.
Your instance runs under an address of your choice. The dashboard, sign-in, sales website and all customer profiles appear under this domain – for example yourbrand.com/company-name.
- You choose the address: For example profile.yourbrand.com or app.yourbrand.com.
- You add a DNS record: We tell you which one.
- We set up the server and certificate: The connection is encrypted via HTTPS.
The domain is connected together with us during set-up – not automatically at the push of a button. We do not currently offer separate domains for individual customer profiles.
Manage your own customers centrally.
In the operator area, you see all customers of your instance with their credit, enquiries and status – with search, sorting and pagination. One click opens the customer record with profiles, logins, credit history, invoices and log.
- Top up or correct credit
- Send a password reset link
- Request support access
- Enable team management
- Block and unblock customers
- Delete customers – with a reason and data export
New customers ready to go in a few steps.
You invite customers directly from the operator area. They then set up their profile themselves in the guided set-up. In the dashboard, they can adopt content from their website or their own documents as suggestions – only after reviewing it themselves.
- Operator: You enter the name and email address.
- Invitation created: With a personal link, valid for seven days.
- Link by email: Or copy it if you want to pass it on yourself.
- Guided set-up: The customer sets up their profile themselves.
- Profile online: Published and reachable immediately.
You decide your business model.
As the owner, you set the set-up fee, starting credit, top-up amounts, AI prices, tax and commission – optionally also prices for profile templates and per room or unit – in the operator area. The sales website and billing read the values from there – there is no second price list.
Calculate AI costs transparently.
You enter what the AI costs you to purchase. You sell conversations with the optional AI assistant – switched off by default for new profiles – at a fixed price per minute and text features with your mark-up. The platform shows you what you keep per conversation minute.
- Purchase price: per million tokens, text and audio
- + Mark-up: for text features
- Price per minute: fixed per conversation minute
- Usage: Assistant, voice, texts
- Credit: charged to the cent
- Separate purchase prices for text and audio, each for input and output
- Adjustable dollar-to-euro exchange rate
- Fixed price per conversation minute, billed to the second – purchase cost and margin per minute at a glance
- Monthly overview: purchase, sales and margin, also per customer
- Alert for customers whose usage is dropping sharply
The margin results from your settings and actual usage – we do not guarantee a margin.
Pay-as-you-go built in.
Your customers pay for AI features from their credit, with no subscription. They can see what has been used at any time, top up themselves via Stripe and receive an invoice for every top-up. If the credit runs out, the profile stays online; only AI and voice pause.
- Current credit and usage this month
- Every AI use itemised with time, purpose and cost
- All transactions: top-ups, usage, corrections
- Warning by email and in the dashboard at 50, 30, 20, 10 and 5% and when credit runs out
- Monthly limits for the company and per person
Integrate payments directly.
You connect your own Stripe account in the operator area. Customers pay for packages and top-ups via Stripe Checkout, and the money goes directly to you. Payments are only possible once the keys and webhook secret are stored; a payment is only confirmed once Stripe reports it as paid.

- Checkout

- Publishable and secret key in the operator area
- Secret keys stored encrypted, never displayed again
- Webhook with signature verification
- Double booking of the same payment prevented
Invoices under your company structure.
The platform issues invoices in your name – as PDF/A with an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, EN 16931 profile) and a sequential number per year; with a Leitweg-ID also as XRechnung. Without complete details, no invoice is created; you receive a warning instead. This does not replace tax advice.
- Issuer with address, VAT ID or tax number
- Your own number prefix, without gaps per calendar year
- Tax rate and small business scheme (§ 19 UStG)
- Top-ups either net or gross
- Cancellation invoice with reason
- Footer with your own note
Your own sales website.
Every instance includes a sales website in German, English and Turkish – with features, industries, pricing, teams, partner programme, blog and legal texts. Prices and settings come directly from your operator area.
We adapt the website texts to your brand during set-up. You maintain blog posts and legal texts yourself; the legal notice (Impressum) is generated from your issuer details, and a draft privacy policy is generated from the system details (not legal advice). The website and partner programme can be switched off individually.
Customers can get started online straight away.
When self-service purchase is switched on, customers buy the package directly on your website; it can only be enabled once the legal notice is complete. After payment, the account, invoice and starting credit are created automatically, and the customer receives their set-up link. When it is switched off, the buy buttons become enquiries.

Safeguarded through to refunds.
Duplicate purchase
An address with a paid package or an existing account cannot buy again.
Duplicate payment
Flagged and reported – no second account is created.
Refund
At the push of a button via Stripe: the account is blocked, the invoice cancelled and the commission reversed.
Chargeback
In the event of a chargeback, the account is blocked and the invoice cancelled.
Cancellation invoice
As a separate document with its own number.
Reminders
After one day and after seven days, until set-up is complete.
Growth through your own partner network.
Partners apply on your website and you approve them. Each one receives a personal referral link with a QR code. If someone buys via this link, the commission is recorded as pending and becomes due once your waiting period has expired.

- Partner area without a password – sign-in via email link
- IBAN is checked for validity; you only see the last four digits
- Self-referrals are detected
- Commission on the set-up fee (net), rate adjustable per partner
Commission is settled by self-billing credit note once the partner has accepted the current partner terms. Payouts are made via a SEPA transfer file for your bank or – if you enable it – via Stripe Connect to the partner’s own Stripe account. You trigger the payout yourself.

Support only with customer approval.
If you want to look at a problem in a customer’s account, you request access – with a reason and duration. Only once the customer agrees does the account open, and even then in read-only mode.
- Request: With reason and duration, 5 minutes to 8 hours
- Customer approves: Via email link or in the dashboard
- Read-only: Changes are technically blocked
- Ends automatically: When it expires, or earlier by either side
- Logged: Every step in the customer’s log
Platform management as a team.
Create multiple operator accounts, each with its own sign-in and its own two-factor authentication. Accounts are deactivated rather than deleted, so it remains traceable who did what.
- Owner: Everything, including pricing, cancellations and operator accounts
- Admin: Customers, partners and day-to-day work – no pricing or cancellations
- Viewer: Sees everything, changes nothing
Four-eyes principle: deleting a customer and large credit transactions are confirmed by a second operator account. An approval is valid for 72 hours.
Operator area with extra protection.
In live operation, two-factor authentication is mandatory for every operator account. Until it is set up, the operator area remains locked – only the set-up itself is accessible. Recovery codes help if your phone is not to hand.
Connect with your existing systems.
Your customers connect their profile to their own systems via REST API and webhooks. Deliveries are logged and automatically retried in case of errors.
- API keys with permissions, shown only once, revocable at any time
- Read and create enquiries, read profile and appointments, fetch restaurant orders for the till and set their status
- Webhooks for ten events: enquiries, messages, bookings, cancellations, ratings, profile views, vCard downloads, restaurant orders including status changes, and service requests
- Signature with HMAC-SHA256 and timestamp
- Test delivery, delivery log, up to six attempts, resend at the push of a button
Integrations, built in.
Every integration is built in and transfers data once credentials are stored and tested. Your customers store the access credentials in their dashboard.
- Google Calendar: Read busy times, add bookings
- Microsoft Outlook: Read busy times, add bookings
- HubSpot: Contact and note per enquiry
- Pipedrive: Person, lead and note
- Salesforce: Via Web-to-Lead
- Zoho: Via webhook URL
- Zapier: Via webhook URL
- Make: Via webhook URL
- Calendar subscription: For Apple Calendar and others
- Your own SMTP server: Customer emails via their own server
- REST API: With permissions per key
- Webhooks: Signed, with retries
Email on your infrastructure.
All platform emails – invitations, confirmations, invoices, reminders – go through your instance’s mail server and under your sender name. Customers can additionally store their own SMTP server; their emails to visitors are then sent via their server.
Your customers can in turn build teams.
For customers with several employees, you enable team management. They maintain an office master profile and give each employee their own profile.
- Sync with the master profile
- Separate QR code per employee
- Analytics per profile and for the team
- AI limits for the office and individual employees
- Separate login and calendar per employee
Manage data protection centrally.
The platform provides the tools you and your customers need for data protection. Whether your offering as a whole is data-protection compliant also depends on your contracts and processes.
- Data processing agreement (DPA): Customers accept it in the dashboard – with version, time and person.
- AI classification: Documentation on the EU AI Act for customers and operators.
- Retention periods: You set them; a daily check enforces them.
- Person search: Find and delete a person’s enquiries.
- Data export: For customers and for you as the operator.
- Delete account: With confirmation; invoices are retained.
- Storage register: What is stored in the browser – without tracking cookies.
- AI log: That and when AI was used – without content.
- Contracts & records: DPA, TOMs, sub-processors, record of processing activities and an encrypted records archive.
Hosting and data location

- Separate database per instance – planned
- Encrypted backup – planned and accepted during setup
- Security updates and new features included
- Operated by us – planned and accepted during setup
