Your menu. Digital, orderable, multilingual.

Guests scan the QR code on the table or in the window, see your menu with photos, allergens and prices – and order for pickup, at the table or to their hotel room. You accept, and the guest sees the status via their status link. Payment is made on site as usual.

How an order works

  1. QR on the table
  2. Menu & choice
  3. Confirm
  4. Staff accepts
  5. Guest sees status

It only becomes binding once your staff accepts it. The commitment stays with you, not with the technology.

A menu that works on a phone

A dedicated menu view in your colours – with search, categories and filters.

  • Categories, photos, descriptions and recommendations
  • The 14 main allergens to tick, additives and labels such as vegan or halal
  • “Without …” filter – dishes without allergen information count as unknown, not as free
  • Interface in German, English and Turkish

Several menus and daily specials

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from one menu.

  • Ordering times per category, e.g. breakfast 7–11 am or lunch Mon–Fri
  • Visible outside these times but not orderable – the server does not accept anything then either
  • Daily specials only on their weekdays, at the top under “Today’s specials”

Ordering: pickup, table or room

The guest puts the order together; you decide which options exist.

  • Sizes, options and extras with surcharges
  • Pickup times calculated from your opening hours and lead time
  • Table ordering with a table number
  • Room service from the same menu if you use rooms & units
  • Prices and surcharges are always calculated by the server from your saved menu

Order inbox and status for the guest

Every order lands in the dashboard – with a status chain from “New” to “Completed”.

  • Status link for the guest, without names or contact details
  • Confirmation and status emails if the guest provides an email address
  • Push message about the status if the guest switches it on
  • Signed event restaurant.order.created for POS, kitchen display or automation

Sintrii for questions and orders (optional)

The optional AI assistant advises from your menu – in ten conversation languages.

  • Only mentions dishes, prices and allergens you have entered
  • Reads the full order back and only sends it after an explicit “yes”
  • Knows ordering times, daily specials and extras
  • Off by default and available as a paid add-on; conversation minutes are deducted from your credit

Table reservations via the calendar

The profile’s appointment calendar accepts reservation requests.

  • Several bookings at the same time, e.g. as many as you have tables
  • Ask for the number of people, with a maximum per booking
  • Free times from your settings, confirmation by email

What is not available (yet)

  • No online payment – guests pay on site as usual
  • No ready-made connection to a specific POS system; a general interface (API and webhook) is prepared
  • No delivery platform and no delivery outside the venue
  • Reservations count bookings, not seats

Frequently asked questions

Can a guest pay a different price than the one on the menu?

No. For every order the server calculates prices, options and extras from your saved menu – not from what the browser sends.

Is an order binding straight away?

Only if you set it up that way. We recommend “Staff confirms”: the order arrives as “New” and you accept or decline it.

What happens to breakfast at 11:05?

If the category can be ordered until 11 am, it can no longer be ordered after that. If the dish is still in the cart, it is removed.

Do I need an app?

No. The menu runs in the browser; the guest scans a QR code or taps a link.
